Safelist are an excellent way to reach people with your Opportunity. Your ads are seen by the other members that Click on them for credits.
My Experience with Safelist is:
If you can get a monthly subscription at the maximum membership –
Send out the highest amount of ads allowed. Opt Out of Getting Emails (most of the time) or just delete them. Get the maximum amount of credits for clicking on emails and solo ads. Delete the mail you get and not waste any time clicking on them!
If you like List Builders you might want to check out the 1st one on this list, because you can email all your ads to all your list builders through that site… it is so cool, and saves you hours upon hours of time!
